Summer is the time when aluminum products such as aluminum plates, aluminum coils, and aluminum strips are exposed to water corrosion and oxidation. Although there is a classification of aluminum oxide plates in aluminum plate products, the oxidation of aluminum oxide plates and aluminum plates are completely different things. The difference between alumina plate and aluminum plate oxidized:
1. Alumina plate generally refers to: after the aluminum plate is oxidized by acid and alkali, a protective film is formed on the surface of the aluminum plate. The general oxide film is silver-white. If customers have special requirements, they can also be oxidized into different colors according to customer requirements.
Oxidation is divided into: ordinary oxidation, anodic oxidation and hard oxidation.
The ordinary oxidation of aluminum plate refers to the formation of a protective film on the surface of the aluminum plate after the aluminum plate passes through the acid and alkali launders to clean the surface of the aluminum plate, which is called an oxide film.
Anodizing of aluminum plate refers to a process in which the aluminum plate is energized during the oxidation process after ordinary oxidation.
Then the difference between anodized aluminum plate and hard anodized aluminum plate is: the depth of anodized oxide film is called shallow, and the depth of hard anodized oxide film is called deep.
2. The oxidation of the aluminum plate generally refers to the same corrosion phenomenon on the connected part of the aluminum plate or aluminum coil, and the size and pattern of the corrosion area are the same.
The reasons for this situation:
1: The temperature is too high when the aluminum plate or aluminum coil is packaged. Steam is formed in the package, and the aluminum plate and aluminum coil are corroded due to moisture.
2: The aluminum plate or aluminum coil is exposed to rain, so that the rainwater can be poured into the package. The aluminum plate and aluminum coil are corroded.
3: Corrosion will occur in aluminum plates and aluminum coils in an environment with high humidity.
How to avoid this kind of phenomenon:
1: Let the aluminum plate and aluminum coil cool naturally before packaging.
2: The fan can be used to cool down the aluminum plate and aluminum coil.
3: When packaging, the aluminum plate and aluminum coil are packaged with plastic sheet first, and then packaged with cardboard.
4: In the process of cargo transportation, tell the driver to cover the tarp.
5: In a high degree environment, put more desiccant in the package. And put the aluminum plate and aluminum coil in a relatively dry environment.
